北京时间4月15日消息，据国外媒体报道，针对Salesforce.com与谷歌本周一达成的合作协议，有分析师日前指出，如果Salesforce.com当初收购Zoho，那么可能就不会有今天与谷歌的交易。

　　Salesforce.com本周一宣布，将与谷歌结盟，通过自己的网站向商业客户推广及销售谷歌电子邮件服务和其它在线应用服务。

　　对此，有分析师认为，如果Salesforce.com当初能够收购SAAS协作与商业软件开发商Zoho，那么就不会出现今天这样的合作局面。相反，Salesforce.com还将成为谷歌的强劲对手。

　　据悉，早在2007年，Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff曾计划并购Zoho，但遭到母公司AdventNet CEO Sridhar Vembu的拒绝。

　　Vembu认为，两家公司在业务模式和企业文化上分歧较大，合并将是件很痛苦的事情。因此，两家公司只保持了当前的合作关系。
